Flags and/or Tribute Cards will be available for pick-up this Friday, Dec. 8th between 9:30 am and noon at the CFO Office. 1940 N. Tustin Street, Suite 106, Orange.
If you are unable to make it then, you will need to contact us ASAP to make an appointment as all flags will be moved to storage and all remaining tribute cards discarded by Dec. 15th.
HOW TO SPONSOR A FLAG: An online form to sponsor a Flag Tribute is provided by clicking the orange button/bar below. There is a lot of information you may submit about the Honoree that increases the Flag Tribute information, such as dates of military service, medals, and certificates. Take a look at the form, gather your info, then come back to submit. Make sure you get as much information together as possible before you start completing the form as you will not be able to go back and add additional information once you submit the form. However, you can contact us directly and we can update the information for you on our end so that the Tribute Tag includes all the information you wish to have. You can also upload a photo--please limit to no more than two photos. Use the black button above to pay for your Flag Tribute. Once you submit your Flag Tribute you will be automatically directed to the payment page. If you are not, please return to this page and use the payment button above.
