KidsPlay™
What is KidsPlay™? KidsPlay™ tears down financial barriers and opens doors of opportunity, empowering our youth to rise, thrive, and discover their full potential. Created by the Community Foundation of Orange in 2007, KidsPlay™ ensures that no child is left on the sidelines. By providing access to youth sports, visual and performing arts, and enrichment programs, we champion healthy bodies, strong minds, and resilient spirits. Since its beginning, KidsPlay™ has equipped more than 2,750 young people with the chance to participate, compete, and belong. Guided by our mission, we stand with OUSD Title One schools, community centers, mental health professionals, and local leaders to identify and lift up the families who need it most. What’s New with KidsPlay™? In 2021, we answered a new call: the urgent need for youth mental health support. By expanding KidsPlay™ to include wellness resources, we continue our promise to adapt, protect, and fight for the well-being of our kids. Every challenge we face only strengthens our resolve to find bold, effective solutions. KidsPlay™ in Action True victories are won together. With over 75 partnerships across schools, businesses, nonprofits, and civic organizations, KidsPlay™ multiplies the power of every dollar and every act of support.
